Annual General Meeting

Please join us Thursday January 16, 2020, for our Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will take place at 6:30pm at the Painswick Branch of the Barrie Public Library, located at 48 Dean Avenue.

Items on the agenda include:

  • Presentation of Annual Report and Financials
  • Motions to be put forward
  • Election for Board of Directors
  • Team overviews of the 2019 season, and plans for 2020
  • Other business

Nominations to the board can be accepted in writing to info@dragonboatbarrie.com in advance of the meeting. Nominations will also be accepted at the meeting.

At this time, we have one small constitutional amendment that requires a majority vote of those present at the meeting. Members must be in good standing in order to vote.
