Dragon Boat Barrie Membership Fees

Team Fees and/or Dry-Land Training Fees

- No refunds after 1^st practice or training session
- 50% refund before 1^st practice or training session
- Pro-rated team fees are transferrable to another Club team, with difference being refunded if applicable
- In the event that a team folds before the end of the season, pro-rated team fees may be refundable less any expenses incurred. Additional penalties may also apply
- Full or pro-rated refund may be applicable for medical reasons, or other reasons as deemed suitable by the Board

Corporate and/or Group Activities, including festival registrations

Payment in full required 30 days or more in advance of scheduled activity
No refunds 14 days prior to scheduled activity
50% refund if Club is notified 14 days or more in advance of scheduled activity
Full refund if club is notified 30 days or more in advance of scheduled activity

Jerseys and Other Equipment

No refunds after member has accepted and taken possession of jersey and/or other equipment
A 20% penalty will be charged should a member wish to cancel a jersey and/or other equipment order before they have accepted and taken possession of said jersey and/or other equipment
