Description
Our dryland training sessions are back! We will be moving to a new location this year, to Movement Headquarters located at #5A – 411 Huronia Road in Barrie.
We will be doing a series of group exercises, engaging our muscles and getting us prepared for the upcoming dragon boat season.
The class will run from 6:30 to 7:30pm, starting March 1st and running for 10 weeks. The fee per person is $105.
Space is limited to 20 members.
